I like the program. It has an approach that might succeed (eventually) in filling the GrandView niche of effectively combining excellence in data management and pure outlining functionality.

On the other hand, I have yet to rely on it for anything major. Somehow it isn’t as easy to integrate into my routines as I would have expected.

I think the reason is the key word approach to initial categorization does not lend itself well to lengthy notes. Presumably the program intends you to deal with lengthy documents as attachments, where central storage appeals to me more. Perhaps only out of habit.
