For most people the big difference is the integration with Outlook, which may not interest you. You might be more interested in the ability of the Pro edition to create standalone archives. For me, the draw to the Professional Edition was that you could use the Idea! search function to search the rest of your disk. Not that I have ever needed to do that, but it sounded like some day the occasion might arise.
