Me too. Looking around I found TimeLine Maker, which is targeted to the education / presentation market, but not much more. I have a feeling I’m looking in the wrong place. Like when I searched for Mind Maps and found a specific kind of software, while Concept Maps represented a much wider choice.
As a sideline, there is some interesting research on spiral representation of time, but I’ve only seen it being applied in the stock market.
