I don’t think I quite understand the feature under discussion. Chris wants the twelve-item email to be viewable alternately as a single item or as twelve items? Wouldn’t you still have to break it up manually into the twelve parts? Once you have done that in an ordinary outline, you could simply have a parent with the whole email with twelve children that you would collapse or expand at will.

But I don’t think I have the proposal right.
