Okay, I think I see the distinction. To me, these are more like “folders” in Zoot or Ecco parlance.

Still, I’m trying to discern whether keywords/categories/folders are something more than a semantic marker. For example, if I had “meeting” as part of the text of an item’s title or content, a search for “meeting” could generate a list of meetings.
