Copied from UltraRecall’s license agreement as included in the program itslef (see Help/About/View License): “Each license of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may either be used by a single person who uses the SOFTWARE PRODUCT personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single computer used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This is not a concurrent use license.”

I don’t think this is open to interpretation anymore than the one from Hyperclip I’ve posted previously. As far as I can see, all software I’ve purchased recently has got a similar approach. I don’t think this is coincidental.

As it seems, we do have a choice of modern and well-built software whose licensing scheme does not irrevocably tie the program to specific machines.
