Don’t blame the instrument for the mental habits of managers. If it weren’t a flowchart, it would be the company organizational chart or a PowerPoint scheme or the latest buzzword off the Internet. Any web scheme will always have to be balanced off against clear ideas about usability and real user experience.

But what the outliner can help you at is having a sound architectural framework that can allow you to build your site solidly.
