John, I’m glad you’re giving InfoHandler another chance. What made the difference for me was actually starting to use it. I had downloaded trial copies of earlier versions, but didn’t try to use it hands-on, simply deciding it was too hard. When I downloaded a trial copy of version 8, for some reason I decided to put a few articles into it. The pogram felt solid; I realized it was much easier than my “in-depth” gazing at the screen would have lead me to believe, and my anxiety over how best to organize and keep my professional data was immediately eased.
