NoteLens ($20) (http://www.windsorinterfaces.com)offers import of all Outlook files, including mail, notes, tasks. It doesn’t look like much, but it is actually a slick program developed by a computer science/cognitive science academic. Its incremental find function is its main trick, but it also offers a categorical hierarchy, primitively developed but to be augmented next version.
