Do you, or anyone else, know of where I might find a Microsoft Windows compatible Outliner that best resembles the capabilities of the MS-DOS versions of GrandView or ThinkTank?

I was using a Mac at the time, so I only know second-hand about the merits of GrandView, but I’ve gathered that columns are the main feature missing in today’s outliners. The only outliner I know of with columns is Omni-Outliner. It only costs about $30. Unfortunately, you’d have to buy a Mac, bringing the cost to at least $800 or so . . .
