As the author of APO, I would be grateful if you could tell me which version of APO you have tried and which was the window where you had problems. This will allow me to fix the bug. As regard the other comments, I am not a fan of New Age, so I am quite surprised of the definition “new age device”. The principles on which the mid management functions of APO are based are described in http://www.cancellieri.org/how_personal_organizer_can_impro.htm

If you or anybody else has questions about APO, I will be most glad to answer.
