Because one of my partners at the website really wanted drop down menus (not yet used) i spent a lot of time exploring the concept and coding.

My take is that the dhtml or javascript collapsible menu format could be adapted to full outlining/content management even by a non programmer like myself. (Or am i still a non-programmer? Are you a non-programmer if you learn just enough to adapt open source cgi and/or php to a local situation?)

I probably won’t do that though. Right now i’m figuring out how to do efficient daily site updates with syndication options although penniless! (And i immensely appreciate all i learn here.)

btw. I can’t explain how very much i miss ACTA.

Take care.
