Chris,

Thanks for the tip. I downloaded both emulators and am now waiting for my new Thinkpad to arrive so I can test it out. In theory, it should work fine. My friend, who’s Dell would not run Grandview, left before we could test either one. I emailed them to him and expect that he will call with news as soon as he tries it (he is a Grandview fan also).

Comment… I still can’t figure out why outline processing went away (I don’t call Word or WordPerfect outline mode even close). I heard (via this newsgroup) there is a Windows-based processor - “Inspiration” at http://www.inspiration.com/home.cfm and have downloaded a 30-day free trial. But I am thinking I will stay with GrandView if I can get it t run on my new computer. If it ain’t broke [and not only that, works well] don’t fix it!
