To my mind, one of the best parts of NoteTaker/NoteBook
is the ‘clipping’ services. It makes it really easy to
collect information into Notebooks.

I just sent them a suggestion that they should work
with OmniGroup to integrate NoteTaker with OmniWeb,
so that when you clip text from a web page in OmniWeb,
NoteTaker gets the selected text, but also the source
page’s URL, because there’s a good chance you’ll want
that.

Once you get a bunch of information in there, the
indexing and searching are handy too. The ability
to use Services to search a Notebook for a bit
of text is another handy feature.
