Ah, we’ve got our links crossed, I think - I was referring to OmniGraffle, not Inspiration. OmniGraffle doesn’t have an “outline mode” as such -the outliner is a separate program you have to purchase separately. What I was trying to say was that Inspiration can convert outlines to diagrams and vice-versa, whereas OmniGraffle is crippled by only being able to do the first of these. (Or am I missing something in OmniGraffle?)

On a tangent, anyone else tried Charte? It’s not quite Inspiration for PalmOS, but it does import To-Do list items as dynamically-linkable flowchart objects to which you can attach notes. And it’s free.
