YES.  Inspiration 5 has a bug that Inspiration 6 doesn’t.  The bug involves imports and exports to MS Word.  Carriage returns (i.e., new paragraph starts) are lost during either importing from Word or when exporting to Word.  The problem occurs in one direction in the 16-bit version of Inspiration 5 and in the opposite direction in the 32-bit version.  I don’t, however, remember which version has the bug in which direction.

At any rate, I ended up with many paragraphs run together.  I’m sure that there are other improvements, but I don’t recall what they are.
