Daly,

Welcome to Zooterhood. It is definitely one of those programs that is difficult to appreciate until you uncover its many powerful features. I think that if I hadn’t begun using Zoot in an earlier incarnation, when it was a bit more straight forward, I probably wouldn’t have picked it up. But every day it seems I learn some new feature that makes me marvel at how much thought Tom Davis put into his program.

Just in case you hadn’t seen it, there is a GTD template available in the files section of the Zoot Yahoo forum.

Good luck. I will be interested in learning how you like Zoot after you’ve used it for some time.
