Version 4 finally adds a basic hierarchy (“grouping cards”). The author says v4 is a complete rewrite.

Other new features include—XML file format; settings moved from the Registry to .ini files; styles, rulers, tables support; task panel; USB flash drive support.

Strangely, I only found reference to the new version on http://www.azzcardfile.biz/. The other site (http://www.azzcardfile.com/) only refers to v3.3.
