TextNut turns into Kardnote?

Well, that’s not strictly true - TextNut continues to evolve, and is turning into a fairly powerful platform on both Mac and iOS.

But Kardnote is a rather charming alternative by the same developer, currently only available on Mac. It uses the same underlying Markdown engine as TextNut, but has a different management interface (similar to a card index, but rather more attractive - not unlike Google or Zoho’s note-taking apps, actually). It’s worth taking a look, for those who love Markdown: http://www.kardnote.com

Meanwhile Bear continues to evolve in leaps and bounds. I was slightly disappointed by it at first, despite the gorgeous interface, because Letterspace appears to do all Bear does and more. But the developers have promised that they’re going to include folding in a future beta/final version - not the to-do/image folding it currently supports, but full folding of text below headers etc., similar to FoldingText.

That will turn it into a very interesting solution.
