I thought I would add this PIM - information management software I found for both MS Windows and iOS - ‘Forget’ for iPhone - iPod Touch, and ‘iQue’ on iPad.

For Windows it is called Infomato iMind… uses a MS SQL database and is a desktop application, and can be used over a network, locally - uses localhost.

This application is good for information (memory) recall. It works on the principle of memory association.

It can store URLs - bookmarks, files - documents, and notes, as well as images.

Whatever those guys paid for their website it was way too much! Too much design, too little in plain language explanation of what their product is all about.

My best guess is that it’s some kind of automated tag applying system to information so that tags can do what they do.

But I am still at a loss to know exactly what the information handling capability is all about. And when I have to struggle to figure things out like that I have anxiety about whether the product itself is equally shrouded in jargon and graphics that get in the way of the message.
