Word Processors With Integrated Outliners

As far as I can tell, Word is the only word processor (for Windows)  that comes with an integrated outliner.

Is this actually true? Is anyone aware of other integrated word processor/outliners? I’m thinking of full-blown word processors here, not RTF text editors.

Another qualification: I’m not thinking of so-called “writer’s software” like Scrivener, just about regular word processors like Word, WordPerfect and so on.

TextMaker has an outline view: http://www.softmaker.com/english/ofwtm_en.htm

Hi.

OpenOffice or LibreOffice Writer has a (basic) outliner.
