MyBase tech support?

Anyone’s in touch with MyBases’ tech support? They used to answer emails quickly. Now I didn’t get any answer since months…

I haven’t contacted them in months. Like you, they always answered quickly. Possible reasons for no response now:
1) They are working furiously on new version 6
2) Chinese government is restricting email
